Cross Over Subs

Subs are small components for drill string that acts as cross-over between two different threads or as a disposable safety or life extender component to protect another more expensive string component. TDS subs are tempered to meet or exceed API specifications for thread mechanical properties.  They are available with the following connections: PIN x BOX, BOX x BOX and PIN x PIN. Connections are mechanized with high precision and premium connections are available. Bit subs, saver subs and lift subs are just a few subs supplied by TDS.

Any non-patented thread can be supplied by TDS, including commonly cut threads such as:
