Mud Pump and Parts

A mud pump is specialized equipment used for drilling fluid circulation. While drilling, the mud pump drives drilling fluid through drill pipe and back up the annulus. Mud pumps come in a variety of configurations and sizes. During drilling operations, drilling fluid circulation must be done proper otherwise unexpected operational problems can occur such as stuck pipe or influx.
